My pies are made, the rolls are rising, and the salad is just needing to be mixed, then we're off to Ann and Eric's for a meal with friends and family.

Love the door hanger! I'm sure you had a wonderful thanksgiving meal at Ann's. We enjoyed the extended family gathering, after which the ladies of the group walked through the Festival of Trees at the fair building. Thanksgiving 2010 is a pleasant memory.
ReplyDeleteThe door hanger is one from Embroidery Library, but I changed the lettering--took the "Give Thanks" from another one, shrunk it a little, and put it on this one. They are so fun to make!
ReplyDeleteOoo, the Festival of Trees sounds wonderful--it it a display of trees that are decorated in themes for charity? Were they for sale? I caught part of an HGTV show on decorating the homes of "stars" today and decided I'd rather do my own. So much money spent on what appeard to be one-season-only decorations. Where are the memories??
